Hi! I'm Rebecca, founder of Fit Biz Assist. 15 years ago, I left my sales and marketing position to pursue my passion for helping others reach their fitness goals. I wanted to change the world, one client at a time, and make some money in the process. My passion for health and fitness is still very much alive and well! But over the years of working for various studio owners, and even running multiple programs of my own, I realized that passion alone doesn't pay the bills.
Independent studio owners, franchise owners and other boutique fitness program owners all face similar challenges. Limited time and resources often keep them from providing the quality of service that they desire to give their clients.
The day-to-day operations of a full service fitness studio can be overwhelming! Owners are often acting as trainers, sales managers, receptionists, janitors, etc. Soon they find themselves working countless hours only to make minor (if any) gains in their business.

As much as I love training clients, I realized that I could help 10x, 100x, even 1000x the amount of people by helping the studio owners that serve them. That's You!

I began to offer administrative services to studios just like yours, developing systems and processes to streamline administrative tasks like lead management, appointment setting, client retention and more. And because I (finally) valued my own work-life balance, I could implement these processes remotely and with the ultimate efficiency, saving the studio valuable time and money.

Then came the Ahha Moment! By finding others like me (fitness passionate people, with business experience and a need or desire to work remotely) we could create a team of Virtual Assistants! And by providing our assistants with in-house training, ongoing education, and more, they could join your studio's team with minimal time and cost to you!
No longer are you (a studio owner) bound by your local workforce, or required to spend your valuable time interviewing, on-boarding and training. You just get to breathe easy knowing that your gaining a skilled team member that shares your passion for your business and your client's success.
